Delfly Micro: 3-gram robotic dragonfly transmits video

Guido has just sent news on their latest flapping wing dragonfly:

I just wanted to tell you that tomorrow we have a press presentation for the "DelFly Micro": the smallest flying flapping robot carrying a camera. It is 10 centimeters from wing tip to wing tip and weighs 3.07 grams! If you want to see some images / movies or get some info, you can go to http://www.delfly.nl/

One more thing which is cool to watch is the video we made when one of the buildings on our campus was burnt out. Since there was some risk to collapse, people could not enter it, and we proposed to attempt to fly into it with the DelFly or a quad-rotor. The quad-movie is on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9Ceb0YEjqM Unfortunately, we did not succeed in getting in. However, we did gain some experience in what problems one can encounter in such a situation.

Thanks Guido!
