Japan's annual cutting-edge electronics and IT conference, the CEATEC just exhibited a number of interesting new robots, including a unicycle riding robot by Murata Seikochan, a bio-mimetic robot with bumble-bee vision by Nissan, and various humanoids that you might soon meet at a reception desk or in your favorite super-market's wine section.

Check out robots.net for a nice collection of links.

Fujitsu's Enon was originally unveiled in 2005 (as was Murata Boy, the one on the bicycle), but the others are new. Looking forward to seeing what's on show at Robo Japan 2008 (this weekend, the 10th to 13th)
